The United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. Sayaraa controls this Site from the U.A.E. Sayaraa makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from other locations you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. You may not use, export, or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations.

HOW THE SAYARAA PLATFORM WORKS

Sayaraa provides an online platform for customers in the United Arab Emirates to book car services and redeem discounts for services and products. Users are able to book car cash and related services from reputable service providers and vendors online at a discount before physically visiting the service providers.

Our mode of operation (booking) will be through the Sayaraa mobile app, through which customers(users) can book services/products with online payment (for car wash). For other services, users can redeem their discounts or offers at vendor’s/service providers (No online payment required for this one).

 

OFFICE FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) SANCTIONED COUNTRIES

Sayaraa will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country-specific

 

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age at least and have the power and legal capability to enter into and be legally bound by these terms in order to use our services. 

We grant all eligible users a non-exclusive, limited, non-assignable, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use Sayaraa in compliance with these terms and conditions. You however understand and accept that our service may be updated, interrupted, modified, suspended, or discontinued without giving you prior notice at any time and without any liability on our part.

 

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

Except we precisely state otherwise, all materials, including without restriction pictures, graphics, icons, designs, and video clips found on this website/app are copyrighted, controlled, trademarked, or licensed by Sayaraa or by certain third parties who have licensed such materials to Sayaraa. These materials are all protected by UAE and other international copyright laws.

The Sayaraa name, our website/app, our logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through the service are trademarks or trade dress of Sayaraa in the United Arab Emirates.  

 

USER ACCOUNTS

You will have to undergo a registration process in order to be able to access and use most portions of our website/app and will have to provide personal information such as name and relevant contact details.

You hereby attest that all the information that you make available on and to Sayaraa, both during and following the registration process are complete, truthful, and unambiguous. 

We have the right to refuse your use now and later of the Sayaraa service and/or terminate your account and use of the services if we discover that the personal information you provide us with is deliberately misleading or incorrect.

You alone bear the full responsibility for preserving your account and password confidentiality and are accountable for all the activities and transactions that happen under your account name. Sayaraa will in no way be liable for any loss/damage relating to your failure to preserve your own account confidentiality.

 

USER CONTENT

We will regard and treat any content transmitted by users to the website/app, including but not limited to any information, questions, comments, and suggestions as non-proprietary and non-confidential. You thereby grant Sayaraa the right to use anything transmitted or posted by you for any purpose, which without limitation may include reproduction, broadcast, transmission, disclosure, publication, and posting.

All user content that you provide will remain your property, but you grant Sayaraa (by making available such user content) an irrevocable, royalty-free, international, continuous, transferrable license, with the rights to sub-license, modify, publicly perform, duplicate, make derivative works of, distribute, openly show, and to use such user content in any manner that we deem fit without additional notice to you, permission from you, or compensation to you.

 

RULES FOR USING THE SERVICES

You are barred from using unlicensed automated means to gain access to the website/app, or to any computer device or any account connected to the website/app.

You must not obtain, or try to gain, access to specific areas of the website/app or our systems that are restricted and off-limits to users; restrict or hinder other users from using the website/app; and/or attempt to circumvent the website/app, or encourage others to do so.

By providing materials to SAYARAA, including by submitting or uploading content or materials for use on the Site you represent and warrant that you or the owner of all rights to such content or materials has expressly granted SAYARAA an irrevocable world-wide right in all languages and in perpetuity to use and exploit all or any part of the content and materials provided by you. SAYARAA may publish and distribute any such submitted content or materials at its sole discretion by any method now existing or later developed.

You are not to intentionally post any content that is incorrect and not up to date; post any content or act in a way that markets or ask for business for third party services or products other than those that we offer and advertise on the website/app;  post any content or deliberately act in a way to distribute viruses, malware, spyware, or other harmful code or content; and/or act in a way that imposes, in our sole discretion, a disproportionately large load on Sayaraa’s technology infrastructure or makes excessive traffic demands of the Service.

You must not reverse engineer the website/app or its systems, or attempt to do so; manipulate or forge headers and identifiers in order to camouflage the origin of any information posted on the website/app is explicitly prohibited; and/or impersonate any person, including, but not limited to, other Sayaraa members or its employees.

You may not post any content that is to your knowledge false, hassling, unlawful, undermining, or discriminatory, including, without limitation, discrimination due to age, gender, color, race, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation.

Do not post any content or act in any way that encourages criminal conduct and offenses; upload any content that you do not have the right to so make available due to fiduciary duty, contract, or operation of law; and/or upload any content or take any action that contains information, content or behavior that Sayaraa in its sole discretion deems abusive, vulgar, unlawful, obscene, slanderous, harmful, ethnically or racially offensive, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, distressing, infringing, humiliating, defamatory, threatening, irreverent, or otherwise harmful to Sayaraa and other users of the Website/app.

If you are found by Sayaraa to have breached of any of the conditions as herein stated, we will hold you legally liable for all legal and accounting costs arising out of your breach. As per our discretion, we may also permanently terminate your use of the website/app in such a case.

 

PAYMENT

In-App purchase can be made through VISA and Master Card Debit & Credit cards in AED will be accepted. Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the user via App, can be retrieved under the Order list and Transaction history tab.

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and https://www.sayaraagroup.com policies and rules.

Please review the respective https://www.sayaraagroup.com service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction.

 

REWARD POINTS MANAGEMENT

Reward points can be earned from user referrals, car services, and rent a car services availed via Sayaraa.

Reward points can be redeemed only for car wash services.

1 Reward Point = 1 AED

Existing users will get 5 reward points upon referral user sign-ups and new users registering with a referral code will receive 5 points upon sign-up.

Users cannot purchase a car wash service completely using reward points. He/She must avail of the reward the points as a discount from the total price to be paid.

SPECIFIC TERMS FOR BOOKING FOR CAR WASH STATION

Walk-Ins: Walk-in customers can book the car wash station service at any time of their choice. All walk-in customers must use their service within 30 days from the date of purchase. The user will get a reminder message on the registered mobile number 7 days prior to the expiry of service.

Appointment:  Booking can be done 4 hours prior.

Confirmation of service: Confirmation of service shall be through a Pin generation System which the user will exchange with the vendor.

 

SPECIFIC TERMS FOR BOOKING FOR CAR WASH MALL

The customers can book the car wash station service at any time of their choice. All walk-in customers must use their service within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

 

SPECIFIC TERMS FOR BOOKING FOR DOORSTEP SERVICE

Bookings:  Booking can be done at any time.

Cancellation can be done by the user after 30 minutes of appointment timing (i.e. if the user booked appointment service for 11.00 AM but till 11.30 AM no service has been initiated by a vendor) and the full amount originally paid will be refunded.

Special offers availed via Sayaraa app are non-refundable. 

SPECIFIC TERMS FOR BOOKING FOR WHEELS AND TYRES SERVICES

Users can use the Sayaraa App to get offers. Users must visit the service center to redeem the offer.

Payment should be done at the service provider. No in-app payment is available.

 

SPECIFIC TERMS FOR DRIVING INSTRUCTOR SERVICES

The Sayaraa App only acts as a directory for driving instructor services.

There are no in-app payments for this service

 

SPECIFIC TERMS FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES

The Sayaraa App only acts as a directory for Emergency services.

There are no in-app payments for this service

 

SPECIFIC TERMS FOR CAR BUY/SELL

Users can post advertisements for selling their cars or view ads by other users.  

The ad post will be active only after a 24-hours review period. Usage of any inappropriate images or wording will lead to permanent blocking of the user’s account.

Every post has a validity of 90 days.

The users can select a package to boost their ad by making a one-payment via an integrated payment gateway. The validity of the package is defined in the App.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Car Wash Station

Walk-ins: Users can cancel the service any time prior to the start of service.

Appointments: You can cancel your booking 2 hours prior to the commencement of the service, without any charges. After this period, cancellation charges may apply (Appointment fee will be considered as a cancellation fee, depending on the Vendor). Cancellation can be done by the user after 30 minutes of appointment timing (i.e. if the user booked appointment service for 11.00 AM but till 11.30 AM no service has been initiated by a vendor) and the full amount originally paid will be refunded.

Car Wash at Malls

Cancellation can be done any time as long as it is before the start of the service. No cancellation fee charged.

Car Wash Door-Step

Any special offers availed via the Sayaraa app are non-refundable. In case of rescheduling the appointment, the user must contact Sayaraa personnel at least 2 hours prior to the commencement of the service. Rescheduling subject to availability of service provider.

Wheels and Tyres Services

Cancellation depends on the service provider's cancellation policies.

 

REFUND POLICY

For Car Wash Services: Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed in a minimum of 15days depends on the issuing bank of the credit cards.

For Wheels and Tyres Services: For all refund related queries, the user must contact the service provider directly and follow their refund policies. Sayaraa will not be responsible for any refund related issues.

For Driving Instructor Services: For all refund related queries, the user must contact the service provider directly and follow their refund policies. Sayaraa will not be responsible for any refund related issues.

For Emergency Services: For all refund related queries, the user must contact the service provider directly and follow their refund policies. Sayaraa will not be responsible for any refund related issues.

For Car Buy/Sell Services: No refund will be provided in case of Ad boost package.
There are no other in-app payments.  

 

COMMUNICATION WITH AND OBLIGATIONS TO SERVICE PROVIDERS/VENDORS

All users who use the Sayaraa service to gain access to third-party service providers and vendors are charged with the responsibility of communicating with such vendors with respect to products description and pricing. You expressly agree that we will not be held responsible for communications and details of communication between you and vendors.

You are also charged with reviewing, understanding, and complying with the vendor’s specific terms and policies, including without limitation their guarantee, warranty, and insurance terms. You agree to indemnify and hold Sayaraa, its related companies, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, attorneys’ fees, and costs, damages, losses, costs, and other expenses in relation to your purchase of any products or service from any vendor or service provider that is made available on or through this website/app and its services.

 

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
